If your book was shipped to the address you provided but has not arrived in a reasonable period of time, we suggest you either contact your local post office or submit a Missing Mail Search with USPS if that is the carrier used. If your order was shipped with either UPS or FedEx, please contact them first. Please be aware that we have no control over an item once it leaves our facility. If you have contacted the carrier, and have not been successful in locating your order, please do contact us and where possible we will replace the lost item for you.
