Numbered, Lettered and Roman Numeral Editions
Due to the highly limited nature of our Numbered, Lettered and Roman Numeral editions, in order to be fair to our customers who are interested in purchasing a copy, there is an order limit of one copy per household and/or per person on most titles. In addition, Matching Pre-Order rights will only apply to one letter and/or number per household and/or per person. If you purchase one or more additional copies of the current Numbered, Lettered and/or Roman Numeral edition on the secondary market, you can only match the next release to one of those copies. Any order received during the Matching Pre-Order for more than one copy of any of these editions will be cancelled.
If you own more than one edition, for example, a Lettered and a Numbered, then the order limit applies to each one, not collectively. So you may purchase one of each edition.
Artist and Classic Editions
In general, there are no order limits on Artist or Classic editions, but there may be exceptions.
Grandfather Rule
If you were the registered owner of two copies of a Numbered edition prior to July 1, 2020, you will be considered “grandfathered” and may purchase no more than two copies of the next release during the Matching Pre-Order.
This rule is designed to make it as fair as possible for customers who wish to own a copy of our books. The rule may be subject to change for increased print runs.

Is there also a limit on how many of an artist edition I can order? In other words it says limit of one per person/household. Does this mean both myself and my wife can each order a copy of the artist edition or only one of us because we are in the same household although two separate people? Just trying to get clarification on how it is worded for artist editions. Thank you.
Artist editions will sometimes have order limits applied at checkout. The limits are per person, so if someone living at the same address wishes to order, provided the order is placed on their account, then that person may also place an order. So the order limit for Artist editions are per person.
