We accept cancellations on pre-ordered books which have not been published under the following guidelines:
Cancellations can only be accepted if the request is received prior to commencement of the fulfillment process. If we receive a cancellation request at the time we are fulfilling orders, we cannot cancel that order.
Artist or Classic editions: Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to being fulfilled.
A full refund will be applied to your original payment method less any fees that were charged by the payment processor, provided you request to cancel within 30 days of your order date. If you request to cancel a pre-order after 30 days, the refund is issued in the form of store credit.
Numbered, Lettered and Roman Numeral editions: Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to being fulfilled.
A full refund will be applied to your original payment method less any fees that were charged by the payment processor, provided you request to cancel within 14 days of your order date. If you request to cancel a pre-order after 14 days, the refund is issued in the form of store credit.
If a pre-ordered book with rights is cancelled, and those rights were used to purchase the next book, then the order for that next book will also be cancelled. This applies only to the next book; any later orders are not affected.
Delayed editions: If an edition is delayed beyond its estimated publication season, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
If the original payment method used was the “Partial.ly” installment plan, then the 5% fee charged is non-refundable, and a $35 administrative fee is deducted from the refund.
