Orders Stuck in Transit

Domestic Shipments

If your package shipped with the USPS has not been delivered, and appears to be stalled when you check the tracking, you can submit a missing mail form found here:


Outside of this, if we have shipped the item to a valid address, there is nothing more we can do to locate the item. If after some time the item has still not been delivered, get in touch with us, and we will investigate the possibility of a claim with the post office provided the item was insured.

International Shipments

Transit times on International orders that are shipped with a carrier other than DHL can take 5-10 business days for delivery. If you have still not received your order beyond this transit window, contact us about it.
