Orders Stuck in Transit

Domestic Shipments

If your package shipped with the USPS has not been delivered, and appears to be stalled when you check the tracking, you can submit a missing mail form found here:

https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

Outside of this, if we have shipped the item to a valid address, there is nothing more we can do to locate the item. If after some time the item has still not been delivered, get in touch with us, and we will investigate the possibility of a claim with the post office provided the item was insured.

International Shipments

Depending on the shipping option you selected, it can take up to 45 days for a package to be delivered. If you have not received your order within the maximum of 45 days from the time it was shipped, please contact us.
