We accept cancellations on pre-ordered books which have not been published under the following guidelines:
Cancellations can only be accepted if the request is received prior to commencement of the fulfillment process. If we receive a cancellation request at the time we are fulfilling orders, we cannot cancel that order.
Artist or Classic editions: Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to being fulfilled.
A full refund will be applied to your original payment method provided you request to cancel within 30 days of your order date. If you request to cancel a pre-order after 30 days, the refund is issued in the form of store credit.
Numbered, Lettered and Roman Numeral editions: Orders may only be cancelled within 14 days after placing your order.
A full refund will be applied to your original payment method provided you request to cancel within 14 days of your order date. If you request to cancel a pre-order after 14 days, we do not offer a refund.
If the original payment method used was the “Partial.ly” installment plan, then the 5% fee charged is non-refundable.
