We accept returns on any merchandise that is damaged, defective or the incorrect item was shipped, within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. If you are returning the item and it is not being exchanged, then a full refund is issued to the original payment method after we receive the merchandise back. If more than 7 days have passed since you received the merchandise, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We must receive the damaged or incorrect merchandise back before a replacement is provided, or a refund is issued, and we will pay for shipping both ways. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, and it is not damaged or is not the incorrect item, the same 7 day rule applies, and we do not cover return shipping.
All refunds are issued as a store credit.
Please do not ship books back to us without first letting us know. To request a return, please submit this form and include photos of the damage if applicable. Please include your order number along with the reason you would like to return your order.
