Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on any merchandise that is damaged, defective or the incorrect item was shipped, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. If you are returning an item and it is not being replaced, then a full refund is issued in the form of store credit after we receive the merchandise back. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We must receive the damaged or incorrect merchandise back before a replacement is provided, or a refund is issued, and we will pay for shipping both ways. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original shipping box.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, and it is not damaged or is not the incorrect item, the same 7 day rule applies, and we do not cover return shipping.

All refunds are issued as a store credit.

Please do not ship books back to us without first letting us know. To request a return, please submit this form and include photos of the damage if applicable. Please include your order number along with the reason you would like to return your order.
