We accept returns on any book that is damaged or defective, or if the incorrect book was shipped provided that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receipt of the order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We must receive the damaged, defective or incorrect book back before a replacement is provided or a refund is issued, and we will pay for shipping both ways. To be eligible for a return, your book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original shipping box.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, and it is not damaged or defective, or it is not the incorrect item, then the same 7 day rule applies but we do not cover return shipping, and we cannot refund the shipping on the original order.
Please do not ship books back to us without first letting us know. To request a return, please submit this form and include photos of the damage if applicable. Please include your order number along with the reason for the return.
